Swiss senior analyst work

For Diraya, only experienced analysts and researchers with a demonstrable, long-standing track record are active. All work is carried out from Switzerland by specialists based in Switzerland. An awarding of partial contracts to foreign subcontractors does not take place as a matter of principle – and only in exceptional cases and after prior consultation and express consent of the customers, if the circumstances so require.

research quota

The specified daily quota for research corresponds to an eight-hour working day. The actual research time used will be to the minute measured using a time tracking tool and can be reported to customers in detail upon request. Diraya will notify you shortly before your monthly research quota is exhausted. For additional services after that, within the same month, the contractually agreed hourly rates shall apply as if for a single order.

OSINT

Diraya defines open source intelligence (OSINT) as the use of freely accessible, free of charge Sources of information that are systematically evaluated and analysed as part of intelligence research.

ad hoc response time

The ad hoc response time refers to the period between the receipt of a customer enquiry and the initial short-term assessment by Diraya analysts. An ad hoc assessment comprises concise, risk-based assessments on specific questions or issues raised by clients. It does not claim to be exhaustive and does not constitute a fully formulated report or an in-depth investigative risk assessment. It is usually transmitted via a secure messaging app or an encrypted email channel. Ad hoc assessments often serve as a basis for further research and more comprehensive analyses.

AI

Diraya understands artificial intelligence (AI) to mean targeted use of AI-based tools for the analysis, structuring and preparation of research content by the research team. All results and outputs from these systems are reviewed by our analysts and, where necessary, supplemented by additional sources. verified or validatedto ensure the highest quality and reliability of content.

response time

The response time defines the maximum response timewithin which Diraya is obliged to respond to enquiries or messages from customers via the agreed communication channels zu antworten. Die konkrete Dauer der Response-Time richtet sich nach dem jeweils gewählten Abomodell.

Secure messaging

The preferred methods are hosted in Switzerland Messaging applications or email providers are used to ensure maximum data protection and information security.

Price per month

The minimum term Mindestlaufzeit is three months, with a notice period of one month before the end of the term. When taking out an annual subscription, customers benefit from deutlich reduzierten Monatspreisen; Annual subscriptions are subject to a three-month notice period prior to the end of the contract. Otherwise, the subscription will be automatically renewed for another year.

HUMINT

As part of its extensive and in-depth research (investigations and deep-dive analyses), Diraya relies specifically on human intelligence (HUMINT) – the direct exchange of information with industry insiders, subject matter experts and knowledgeable contacts. This approach is always carried out in close consultation with clients in order to identify and minimise potential side effects at an early stage. Paid databases
